I have an article due tomorrow but I can’t seem to get focused enough to write it. This seems to happen every time I have to write an article and it makes me wonder: do I really want to do this whole writing thing as my real career? Right now I just do freelance work, and that’s pretty infrequent these days. Do I love writing? Totally! Do I enjoy it? Yeah! I suppose it’s just the formality of journalism that takes some of my passion out of it. I don’t really know! It’s just weird when the one thing you were so sure you wanted suddenly doesn’t look so great anymore.

But oh well. At least I always have my Women’s Studies minor as an option. I don’t really know what I’m doing! Silly modern problems! Whatever, I’m just going to major in cooking various meats and feminism, since those are the only things I really like these days anyway.

hush up and do it. youre gonna be great. womens studies? you might as well sign up for the peace core! useless!

However, there’s no shame in finding out you’re no longer interested in something that you once loved and wanting to find a new passion. Just be sure it’s for the right reasons. Better late than never.

Oh my god, I had a nightmare just now that my front tooth was crooked sideways and I was in Chicago and I asked my mom if it looked crooked and she said it was! And then I went to the Metro to see a band, but my tooth was still crooked!

Two years ago I did some research on Entertainment Blogs for the casting of a game show. I found these relatively unknown ladies and gave them a call. They were incredibly cordial and were open to help any way they could. Two years later (and unrelated to my phone call) they have a weekly TV show on KTLA. Congrats, Hollyscoop!
