This awesome video shows the non-Newtonian properties of cornstarch mixed with water and placed on top of a subwoofer. Eerie isn’t it? It’s as if the “weird” liquid is…alive.

You don’t need a subwoofer to make this stuff. This is probably the only science experiment I’ve continually remade outside of school. It’s fun if you have lil’ family members.

The stuff becomes almost solid like if you put pressure on it, form it into a ball, etc, and then turns to liquid moments later. It’s fun. More fun to actually play with it and get messy than watch it on a subwoofer.
